♥Appearance
Demain, dès l'aube, à l'heure où blanchit la campagne...
Anyone within her Province knows the DNA rarity which is Capri. Upon first glance, it's quite apparent than an unforeseen and dormant gene left her with rich and bright eyes of a most odd color. A mix between wisteria and iris. She grew up as the girl with the, "Purple orbs," as some of her First School classmates dubbed her. However, Capri fully believes that eyes are the windows to the soul, and her's are no exception, despite their coloration. If one pays close enough attention, they can see exactly what she's feeling, and almost what she's thinking, just by looking into her eyes. Capri's sunbleached blond locks don't need much styling, as they seem to do it themselves. For the most part, her hair is rather wavy with a very soft, loose curl at the ends that never frizz despite the humidity of living so close to the coastline. The natural highlights give her hair a certain golden aura when catching the sun just right.
Only 5'2", it's not unusual for Capri's age to be guessed incorrectly more often times than not. While she is often times annoyed by her height (or lack thereof), she is slowly accepting the fact that she stopped growing at the age of twelve and will never start up again, especially having been so long after her last inch. However, she has learned that her height while mixed with her weight has made her quite agile and quick moving, benefiting her in many athletic-type games which matches her clever and strategic persona. Her build, as a result, is toned and healthy, with not much tan despite hours in the sunlight whenever her Rec hours would allow it.
Her usual appearance comes across as well put together. Her upbringing taught her to care very much about physical appearances and she knows that in the world, it's important to look your best. This is especially so in a society that relies so heavily on rules and standards. So, she does what she can to make sure she looks presentable at all times and to make sure that her clothes, despite their equalizing purposes, always fit her to a, "T."

♥Personality
Je partirai. Vois-tu, je sais que tu m'attends.
Capri is simply one who is a loving girl, trusting and loyal to her family and friends to the very greatest. She constantly thinks of others before herself and has the biggest heart of her whole family. She is often compared to her Grandmama, currently age 86, who her mother constantly reminds Capri of how much the two females are alike in mannerisms, personality, and even colloquialisms. Capri spent much time around her grandmother growing up before she was placed into the standard apartment complex with the rest of the Elderly Community. Capri is quite thankful to still have her Grandmama and visits her as frequently as her schedule will allow.
It was her Grandmama that fed her thirst for knowledge and information. While a decent sorter for the most part, it is her memorization capabilities, which keeps her supervisor at work intrigued. Capri’s mind is a unique one, a strategic one. She has always been able to think one or two turns prior to what she needed, turning her into a very cautious and organized planner. It was her Grandmama who first told her about the Museum by City Hall and how you could barter & trade for information if you acted in just the right and proper way. It was how she had traced her lineage back and learned the dead language, part of it thus far anyways. Her Grandmama had taught her as much as her Grandmama had taught her before the Warming and before everything changed. She had always said, “La mémoire… est l'agenda ce nous que toute porte environ avec nous.” In fact, it was in the inscription located in a locked spot within the artifact Grandmama always kept on her. A small gold and blue music box whose song no longer played but the memory lived on. And with that attachment and love for her Grandmama, Capri’s thirst for knowledge can also be easily claimed as her greatest weakness.
Her greatest likes, besides her Grandmama and the books within the Museum, are easily flowers, dancing, swimming, and strategy based games. She is not too terribly fond of animals and detests most outside activities that go beyond recreational gardening. She dislikes open questioning and direct disobedience as she, from all she has read within the Museum, does not disagree with the entire system and understands what one book called, “Survival of the Fittest.” While only having discussed it with her Grandmama, her only defiance is learning. She would never directly defy the Society she knows and loves. She only wishes to know and learn more about the world before the Warming.
♥History
J'irai par la forêt, j'irai par la montagne. Je ne puis demeurer loin de toi plus longtemps.
Capri grew up in Acacia, and it is there that her entire life has been based. Despite not being too terribly much of an outdoorsy person, she has always held an appreciation for the world around her and the greenery she has been able to experience on a daily basis. Her Grandmama was the one that taught her her very first French word, “Bois rouge,” meaning, “Red Wood Tree.” Being sure to be very cautious, she used to think about the word constantly, wondering why her Grandmama had been so careful in making sure only she heard the world. Why she had been told never to repeat it in public. It was, however, despite the anxiety of keeping something from her parents, the most beautiful phrase she had ever heard. From that moment on, she learned much about her history from her Grandmama in secret.
Back in the times before the Warming, her family had come from a country called, “France,” and it was why her Grandmama had such an interesting way of saying things. Tough economic times and her Grandmama’s father being a prestigious genetics specialist in his time, brought the Parisian family over to what was called, “The United Stated.” Once Society took over though, their way of life was equalized and regulations were put into place in order to standardize how everything was ran. The government, schooling, and even the jobs that people obtained became what her Grandmama has dubbed, “Fort orienté.” Her Grandmama explained that while they wanted her to forget where she had come from, she never would. Try as they might, her Grandmama was strong and pretended to have forgotten where she had come from, the language she allowed slip off her tongue, and the world that she once knew. Moreover, she had a slight rebellious streak in her that she strategically interlaced into Capri without the girl even knowing.
As Capri got older, her Grandmama taught her things she should not know but understood why she needed to. As a result, natural personality traits that would otherwise have laid dormant, were groomed and nurtured under a very clever and crafty eye. To her mother and father, Octavia and Pierre, Capri was a very doting and caring daughter. While she was like other children in the sense that every now and again she got a citation for something silly, like missing the bus for being caught up in a dream she was having, she was also very prim and proper. Her mother had a difficult time understanding where much of it came from but Pierre, her Grandmama’s son, knew exactly where it was from. Unfortunately, he knew that if he said anything, he’d expose his mother and that would not reflect well on his Official status in the Society’s Government status. Taking that into account, he knew Capri was clever in her own right and was being molded by a very knowledgeable and cautious elder.
